Transport With using a vehicle for you business you have the choice of leasing or purchasing. Once again you have to consider the cost and how it will effect your cash flow. If you have a business and you need to buy a van to transport materials to your job you need to find a way to buy or lease a van suitable but if most of your work is conducted in the office with the odd visit to a client or customer I would suggest you do not spend a large amount of money on a vehicle preferably use the vehicle you already own that you use for your own personal use. You need to be reasonably sure that you have a reliable vehicle because if your means of transport is off the road and you need to make regular calls on your customers this can effect the business income. At the early stage of your business that you are starting up you need to be very careful not to spend your money and not have sufficient for operating capital.
